Nominations are open for the following positions to serve in Easter 2009:

• Chairman
• Vice Chairman
• Secretary
• Registrar
• Committee Members (8)

Please be aware that anyone nominated to serve as Vice Chairman in Easter 2009 is simultaneously nominated to serve as Chairman in Michaelmas 2009. (See post below about the Special General Meeting). Also, please note that the Registrar now has fundraising duties.

Any nominations must be received before 10pm on Friday 20th Februrary by the Returning Officers – James Sharpe (Fitzwilliam) or Callum Wood (Queens’).
